Jeffery Shiflet: Tattooed Novice

33 year old Jeffrey Shiflet, a local boy from here in Los Angeles who trains with the folks from Muscle Mechanics, was the overall champ in the Novice Division at the 2009 Tournament of Champions last September. Winning the novice heavyweight class, and then the overall, Shifelt went on to complete in the Open class as a light heavy and placed 2nd behind Sacha Pasquet.
